Refund Policy

For Downloads

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and a refund will be issued to you by the method of your original payment.

Please do not request a refund if you “thought it was a physical manual”. We clearly state that the manuals are PDF downloads. Obviously they cannot be “returned” so no refund will be given.

For CD’s

The CD is to be returned to PO Box 2011 Wanganui 4543 New Zealand. Upon receipt of the returned CD we will issue a refund by the same method as payment was made.
